Returns
You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Garden & Hire Spares Ltd in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the contract you must return the goods to Garden & Hire Spares Ltd at your expense within 30 days. See Terms & Conditions for Cancellations.
You are recommended to return the goods in the original packaging or similar and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Garden & Hire Spares Ltd within 30 days if the goods are received in resalable condition. If the goods are not received in resalable condition, Garden & Hire Spares Ltd reserves its right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
If your goods are faulty in any way please contact us within 14 days of fitting, please provide an invoice to your customer, or a job sheet with your returns paperwork, these goods can then be returned to us for testing and quality control.
If you require a return, you must contact us for a returns number to enable us to process your return by either emailing us at sales@gardenhirespares.com or by calling us on 01905 333 475 option 1.
Special order parts that are not in stock are ordered in for customers on a non-returnable basis, so please make sure all the information you supply when ordering special order items is correct. If the item is returnable there will be a handling charge of 20% or £5 whichever is the greater. If you are at all unsure about the parts you require please contact us before purchase.
Goods sent back without a return number can not be processed, please provide all relevant paperwork with every return.
