Description
A clamping strap is inserted for mounting the piston in the cylinder. The clamping strap is used to press together the piston rings when inserting the piston into the cylinder.
The clamping strap is enclosed with the following spare parts: Cylinder with piston Ø 37 mm 1130 020 1212 Piston Ø 37 mm 1130 030 2014 Piston ring Ø 37x1.2 mm 1130 034 3007
The clamping strap can only be used once since it is cut during assembly.
Instructions
Inserting the piston into the cylinder
. Align the (1) piston ring - the bevelled ends must
enclose the fixing pin in the ring groove.
. Push the clamping strap (1) so far over the
piston (2) and piston ring until the clamping
strap and piston base are flush with each other
– the bevel (3) on the outside of the clamping
strap must face the piston base
. Insert piston (1) into the cylinder until the
clamping strap (2) has completely slipped off the
piston
